Composing our lives is the creative project we are all in the middle of.

We are wired for connection.

It is a basic human need. We flourish by being witnessed and known in relationship, and through the shared labor of unearthing generative pathways that are aligned with our true selves.

I offer to join you in listening to, and being with, what is arising in your life and wants to come into form – opening space for the voice and energy of who you already are.

My approach draws on training and experience as a practicing artist, teacher, group facilitator, spiritual director, and Internal Family Systems practitioner.
